Pricing FAQs
The data processed limit measures compressed input-event bytes read by active pipelines during a calendar month. Sink output writes do not count. Events processed again after a pipeline restart do count for that month. The usage dashboard displays current consumption in real time.
The open-source tier (Apache 2.0) provides the complete SQL incremental engine and every connector. Cloud-only features include the web UI, managed hosting, SLA, and team permissions in Cloud Starter and Cloud Scale. For on-premises managed features, contact us about a custom Cloud Scale arrangement.
Yes. Cloud Starter and Cloud Scale offer annual billing at a 15% discount versus monthly billing. Contact [email protected] to arrange an annual plan. Annual plans are prepaid and become non-refundable after the first 30 days.
Open Source users can use GitHub Issues and the community forum. Cloud Starter offers email support with a two-business-day response SLA. Cloud Scale adds a dedicated Slack channel with the Feldera engineering team and priority response times.
Existing pipeline YAML configs and SQL queries work with Feldera Cloud. Open a cloud account, upload the config, add connector credentials to the secrets store, and launch the pipeline. SQL rewrites are unnecessary. Documentation includes a migration guide for more complex deployments.
Cloud Starter comes with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to begin. At trial end, payment details are requested for continued use. Without payment, the account becomes read-only and pipelines pause.
